For wholly psychological reasons, getting a lift to the point where I’m using 45’s on the bar is a big deal for me.

I thin all the one arm pressing I’ve been doing has really helped this lift. I’m currently pressing a 45 pound dumbbell, one bell in one hand nothing in the other, kettlebell style for three sets of five on press and mixed days.
