The rules for my home gym.

1. Loud music isn’t allowed, focus on your lifts.

2. Warm ups are never, ever, skipped.

3. The gym is never set up before hand. Changes to the configuration are made during the warm up and workout.

4. Lifting shoes are put on before the first exercise.

5. One minute of rest per set, rest period between exercises is only enough to set up for the next exercise and take a quick swig of waer.

6. Black and silver plates are evenly distributed on the ends of the bar. They were forged at two different times.

7. The workout isn’t finished until the gym looks exactly as it did before starting.
